As an attorney, Mgr. Eva Veselá focuses on private, commercial, and civil law, especially on law of contracts with a special emphasis on loans and other bank transactions and their securing.

She offers clients legal services in cases with international components, in collaboration with partner firms abroad. When confronting particular commercial cases and bank transaction disputes, she draws on experience gained from her longtime collaboration with JUDr. Roman Felix in providing legal services to banks.

In civil law, she uses her experience when providing consultations on the restitution of agricultural property and the legal aspects of real property as such. She gained experience with data protection while providing running legal services to market research and public poll companies.

She also specializes in family and health law.
