Felix a spol. as Legal Partner at the Human Capital 2024 Conference

On 18 September 2024, the impressive premises of the Czech National Bank hosted this year's Human Capital Conference, which traditionally combines topics from the field of HR and top management. This year, the conference focused on key issues such as teamwork, effective communication and leadership. Karel "Kovy" Kovář served as the moderator for the whole day.

Topics included, for example, generational trends in the labor market, employee motivation, stimulating creativity and non-violent communication. Equally inspiring was a lecture on the practice of “teal organizations”, using the Kofola company as an example of new possibilities in team management and collaboration.

As a legal partner of the conference, our law firm actively participated in the proceedings, contributing important insights into legislative changes concerning employment law. Attorney and Felix a spol. partner Jakub Morávek provided a detailed overview of the upcoming amendments to the Labor Code, which will affect a number of areas and notions, including trial periods, termination of employment and new rules on service of documents.
