Felix a Spol. Advised Daramis on the Acquisition of Strategic Land in Prague

Felix a spol. advised the developer Daramis on the acquisition of strategic land at the edge of the Smíchov riverbank. This is one of the last available development sites along the Vltava river and represents a unique opportunity for a future premium development project.

Thanks to their collaborative work, Daramis has acquired a unique plot of land and a significant addition to its portfolio of residential and commercial projects.
