Additionally, he works in the area of real estate and transportation law, representing clients in arbitration and insolvency proceedings. He has done a significant amount of work providing comprehensive legal services to leading Czech banks. Within the firm, he oversees legal services to German and Polish speaking clientele.

JUDr. Ivan Roubal worked in the judiciary at the Regional Court in Prague. At the Czech National Bank he participated in the establishment and launch of Komerční banka. In this position, he collaborated on developing internal rules, know-how and legal documentation for the day-to-day practice of providing banking products on the post-1989 market. In 1991, he became one of the founding members of the Felix a spol. law firm.
