Martin Bošiak provides comprehensive legal services according to the needs of our clients. Most often, this involves drafting contracts, leading litigations and providing legal advice. Besides, he also participates in larger acquisition and development projects and his agenda also includes insolvency and intellectual property law issues (especially domain and trademark disputes). As part of his private activities, he assists IT start-ups.

Mgr. Martin Bošiak worked in the banking sector already during his studies (legal department of Česká spořitelna) and gained valuable experience when studying EU law at the University of Antwerp (European Legal Studies Programme, 2011-2012). Since 2014, he has been a member of the Felix a spol. team, and an attorney since 2017.
