Mgr. Michaela Prodělalová specializes in civil, family, insolvency, intellectual-property and real-estate law. However, she is also enthusiastic about other areas of law. She represents clients both in civil litigations and as a criminal defense attorney.

Michaela’s great asset is her extensive work experience outside of the Czech Republic. As part of her studies at the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno, she took part in an educational residency at Karoli Gaspar University in Budapest, and then worked on her Master thesis in London. She spent a year in New Zealand working for the non-profit organization Auckland Community Law Centre, mostly specializing in alien law.

She joined Felix a spol. in 2018, first as an articling clerk and then, in 2022, as an attorney.
