Tomáš Pekárek has many years of experience in real estate and property development and has in-depth knowledge and experience in complex international investment transactions. For many years, he acted as a senior legal advisor to a UK real estate fund and comprehensively covered dozens of real estate acquisitions and sales in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He also handles financing and advises on structuring joint ventures in connection with real estate transactions. He has been involved in several hotel transactions, including acquisitions and the negotiation of hotel leases or management agreements. He represents major investors and smaller developers in all phases of their development projects (acquisition, project design, construction, financing, sale/lease).

Mgr. Tomáš Pekárek is a partner of Felix a spol. where he has worked since 2003. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University. He speaks Czech and English. He commutes to work in all weather conditions by bicycle and is a fan of endurance sports.
