We represent clients at all stages of court proceedings to resolve complex commercial disputes in all areas of law, in all business sectors.

Representation before Arbitration Panels

We represent clients in disputes before various arbitration institutions, both before the national Arbitration Court at the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Czech Agrarian Chamber, and abroad. We have extensive experience in arbitration proceedings and our partner, JUDr. Tomáš Homola, serves as an arbitrator for the Czech Arbitration Court of the Czech Chamber of Commerce.

Judicial Review of Administrative Decisions

We have extensive experience in representing clients before courts by submitting administrative decisions for judicial review, including representation before the Supreme Administrative Court. We defend clients’ interests in actions against decisions of numerous administrative authorities, including defense before court against decisions of tax authorities, decisions in the field of construction law or decisions of the Office for the Protection of Competition, etc.

Representation before International Courts and Abroad

We also represent clients before international courts, including the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. For litigations before foreign courts, we find the most suitable partner law firm with whom we coordinate legal representation of the client; we are members of the international legal network Legalink, INBLF and the European Nomos Lawyers International.

Enforcement of Court Decisions and Arbitral Awards

We provide legal services related to the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards after the proceedings. We work closely with leading enforcement agencies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as with investigating and security agencies and field workers.

Out-of-court Dispute Settlement

We assist clients at all stages of litigation, including the out-of-court settlement process. Our attorneys have extensive experience in resolving disputes amicably and act as registered mediators.
