Felix a spol., in collaboration with the Všehrd Association of Czech Lawyers, will organize and provide expert guidance at a moot court focused on insolvency law, held in October and November 2018 at the Charles University´s Faculty of Law.
Two-member teams of students may apply to the Moot Court. After a written round, six teams will advance into the final round, during which they will be able to test their skills in an oral round as part of a simulated court hearing on November 30th, 2018, at the Faculty of Law.
Judging the written applications and heading the jury for the oral round will be JUDr. Hana Homolová, judge of the Prague Municipal Court. Mgr. Jaroslav Tajbr and Mgr. Adam Felix, LLM.
