The current challenges in IT law follow, among other things, from the EU’s strategic plan, which has made digital transformation one of its top priorities for the coming years.
The EU´s aim is to harness the potential of digital technologies in order to drive economic growth, innovation and improve the quality of life in Europe. To empower citizens and businesses in the digital era.
On the one hand, the EU is coming up with generous investment and innovation programs to support digitization, while on the other, it is tackling the challenges that arise with this transformation, such as protecting personal data, providing digital security and promoting a fair and inclusive digital economy.
The Digital Decade 2030 legislative measures are a comprehensive set of laws and regulations, and we, at Felix a spol. are ready to guide you through them. We are following closely the process behind all relevant pieces of legislation that have already entered into force or will soon enter into force as part of the Digital Decade 2030.
